Answer: It is designed for employees of companies who have signed on for BalanceWorks with personal assistant service.

Question: Why use BalanceWorks personal assistant services?

Answer: The BalanceWorks personal assistant service provides access to a personalized home page where you can submit requests to your personal assistant. Your Personal Assistant is your connection to specialized life enhancement services, referrals, information, and individualized guidance.

Your personalized home page provides articles based on the special interests topics you choose, a chat system for direct online chats between you and your personal assistant, and access to thousands of articles, videos, and other content that will help you balance your work and home life. In addition, the site will help you to manage important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, and others of your choosing.

Question: What do I do if I need to see a counselor?

Answer: If you are seeking EAP counseling, please call 1-800-327-2255 select the first option 1 and 1 again, then option 2, at any time, to speak with a Licensed Health Professional.

Question: How is my information used by eni? Is my information passed along to anyone?

Our policy is never to sell a customer's name, address or any other personally identifiable information about the customer to third parties. In the course of providing services to our members, we may have to share specific information about our members in connection with that request. For example, we may disclose your phone number. eni collects information regarding number of requests by users or category of requests. This aggregated information may be provided to our customers or prospective customers.
